First Amendment to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions

These are the first Amendment to the CC&R’s since they were first written in 1992. Amended in 2015 they add to the Prohibited uses, increase the Annual Assessment, add Sections to the Protective and Maintenance Covenants .
